歐日嵐
日嵐是兩子之母，她以優等成績畢業於香港大學社會工作碩士，現為註冊社工、註冊遊戲治療師督導（美國及澳亞遊戲治療協會）、國際認證兒童為本及兒童為本小組遊戲治療師（美國北德洲大學遊戲治療中心）。熱衷於人本主義心理學並曾遠赴海外跟隨多位名師學習不同的心理治療的她，於北德洲大學接受兒童為本遊戲治療（CCPT）、兒童為本小組遊戲治療（CCGPT）及親子關係治療（CPRT）之訓練，其後也跟隨 Janet Courtney 博士學習嬰兒初始遊戲治療 (FirstPlay® Therapy) 及初始遊戲觸感故事遊戲治療(FirstPlay® Somatic Storytelling)。
除了補救性的治療外，日嵐亦深信於家庭及校園內推廣朋輩間及親子間的相互尊重及感恩，能有效提升兒童、老師及家長的自尊、自信並人際關係，從而預防各種人際間或個人發展上的困擾。故此，日嵐作為校園按摩計劃 (Massage in Schools Programme™, MISP ™) 國際培訓師，亦致力舉辦國際認證MISP ™ 導師培訓課程予助人專業人士、教師及家長，並到各校園分享朋輩按摩、親子按摩、動覺學習的好處、推廣透過按摩及互動遊戲，提升朋輩間及家庭中的親密感及尊重，並促進學生的心理健康及學習能力。
作為一個母親、社工、遊戲治療師，日嵐一直努力不懈、致力推廣無條件的愛與接納；多年來服務於不同幼稚園、小學、中學及大學，以及公營機構，出任輔導、教學、親職教育、教師及同工培訓等工作。
Au Yat Nam (MSW, RSW, RPT-S™, Certified I-CCPT/CCGPT)
Yat Nam is a mother of two sons who graduated from the University of Hong Kong with distinction in the Master Degree of Social Work. She is now a Registered Social Worker, a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor™ (RPT-S™) of The Association of Play Therapy (APT) and Australasia Pacific Play Therapy Association (APPTA), as well as a Certified Child-Centered Play Therapist of Centre for Play Therapy (CPT, UNT). As an enthusiast of humanistic psychology, she went overseas for further study in different psychotherapy approaches with many renowned teachers. She received Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Child-Centered Group Play Therapy (CCGPT) and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) trainings at the University of North Texas respectively. She was also a fellow student of Dr. Janet Courtney learning FirstPlay® Infant Therapy as well as Somatic Storytelling.
Apart from remedial therapy, Yat Nam firmly believes that promoting mutual respect and gratitude among peers and between parents and children within families and schools can effectively enhance the self-esteem and confidence of the children, teachers, and parents, thereby preventing various interpersonal or personal development distresses. Therefore, as an international trainer of the Massage in Schools Programme™ (MISP™), Yat Nam is also committed to organizing internationally certified MISP™ instructor trainings for helping professionals, educators and parents. Additionally, she visits schools to share the benefits of peer massage, parent-child massage and learning through touching and moving; promoting intimacy and respect among peers and within families, as well as enhancing students' mental health and learning abilities, through massage and interactive games.
As a mother, social worker and play therapist, Yat Nam strives to promote unconditional love and acceptance. Over the years, she has served in different educational institutions ranging from preschools to universities, public as well as private organizations in various roles such as counselling, teaching, conducting trainings for parent empowerment, teachers and mental health professionals.
